Rudolph "9-11" Giuliani has officially dropped out of the Republican presidential nomination race. Giuliani has the mentality of an authoritarian. He is also a pathological liar and a relentless self-promoter. I'm glad he's out, I'm glad he was humiliated, and all I can say is, it couldn't have happened to a more deserving person.
