The American People Have Given Their Verdict on Obama's First 100 Days

And the verdict is this:

GREAT START, MR. PRESIDENT!

69% APPROVAL

77% SAY STRONG LEADER

72% POSITIVE PERSONAL RATING

MASSIVE SHIFT IN RIGHT TRACK/WRONG TRACK NUMBERS.

No, I don't agree with everything President Obama is doing. He listens too much to Wall Street insiders and is dragging his feet about prosecuting Bush era criminals. But I'll tell you this--he is off to one DAMNED impressive beginning. Children's health care, protecting equal pay for women, starting to wind down the Iraq War, outlawing torture, aggressively going after the terrorists in Pakistan, the stimulus package, the protections for mortgage holders, the moves toward genuine health care reform, and on and on and on. Oh, and the huge rise in international regard for America's president. I give him a A- so far, and I think most of the nation feels the same way.

i'd have to agree with you, especially regarding wall street. I've got a lot of problems with the way we are handling them and the big corporations and what not. I am not a fan of the auto bailout.

I wonder if you asked the approval rating of President Obama in New York City yesterday after the flyby incident if his numbers would be that high.
