THE SENATOR AND THE TERRORIST
This terrorist is as evil a man as America has ever given rise to.
He originated a plot to destroy the American political system.
He has told people the best way to kill Federal agents.
He has made death threats against public officials.
He has called for mass murder and says American soldiers should be trained to fight like "the Waffen SS"--i.e., he wants them to fight like Nazis. No surprise, since Adolf Hitler was his earliest political inspiration, by his own admission.
The terrorist is called G. Gordon Liddy.
And the Senator who supports him and has lavished praise on him is
JOHN MC CAIN.
McCain has appeared on Liddy's hate radio program. Liddy has organized fund raising for McCain. And McCain counts himself HONORED to be Liddy's friend.
Can you trust ANY public figure that calls scum like Liddy his friend?
