I think Nancy was backing Jack Murtha out of personal loyalty. I don't consider Jack corrupt, inasmuch as the Abscam fiasco was 26 years ago. I want corruption expunged from the Democratic Party, make no mistake about it.
J, as an aside to this conversation, it is quite ironic that the Proust Questionnaire in this week's Vanity Fair was Jack Murtha, has nothing to do with anything but just a fact*
