LEGALIZE, REGULATE, AND TAX THE SALE OF MARIJUANA.
If you've been around people who've been smoking pot and a different group of people who've been drinking whiskey, answer me this:
Which group was more volatile, potentially violent, and dangerous?
And which group was breaking the law?
And which drug was doing more harm?
Kind of doesn't make sense, does it?

i agree, sir. marijuana'a legalization and taxation will reduce crime rates and also bring in some extra revenue. I see no downsides.
Joseph, for once, I agree with you. Not only would the US make money on the taxation of Marijuana, but we would lower the population in our prison system. How much money would the US save each year by having fewer people in jail?
