I saw an "Osama Bin Forgotten" sign on a fence along I-5 on the south side of Seattle a week or two ago. At the time it made me chuckle - I assume it was someone inspired by the 'Freeway Blogger'.
I wonder, though, how effective this kind of pithy statement is. Do you supose it really helps bring people around?
These kinds of things can spread ideas surprisingly fast, I think, as word of mouth comes into play. ("Hey, did you see that sign?") Anything we do to raise people's awareness is useful, as long as it's not dangerous.
