You know, reading through the river of puke that is the right wing punditocracy in America and its enablers in the so-called mainstream media, I can't help but notice not only the smears, astonishing lies, slanders, ugly racism, and just plain idiocy of these expressions, but also the sheer detachment from human reality so many of these sick, pathetic losers display.
