Of course, my title is redundant. He is claiming that the ANWR oil field will yield 100 million barrels of oil a day, an overstimate of SEVEN THOUSAND PER CENT. (The true figure would be, at maximum, about 1.45 million.)

Will CNN correct him? Don't hold your breath.
