Why is the Repulsive Idiot Glenn Beck Still on CNN??

Beck has this disgusting habit of attacking and smearing the victims of disasters, as if their suffering were their own fault. He's also the lowest rated of all the cable ranters. And yet, CNN and ABC still keep him on. Why?
